FPC Youth
We want to create spaces to meet youth where they are and challenge them to step into God's story for their lives.
Worship
Youth are always welcome to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. This is a great chance to connect with the family of faith!
P-ZYG Youth Group
While worship with the whole family of faith is important, being a teenager is hard and we believe youth should have a particular place to show up, as fully themselves, where they can laugh and have fun, while also growing in faith.
To provide such a place, we've partnered with Zion Lutheran Church for youth group.
We will meet at 6:45pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
Come and join us!
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6
Baptism
Baptism marks us as children of God!
Baptism is available to all youth, regardless of their age. For more information about what baptism means and how we practice baptism here at FPC, click below. If you're interested in being baptized at FPC, talk to Pastor Kimmy.
Communion
We practice an open Communion table, which means all youth are welcome to celebrate Communion with our church family. If you have questions about what Communion means check out the information below, or schedule a time to chat with Pastor Kimmy.
Other Details
We value protecting our youth. All our staff and volunteers have current backgrounds checks and both First Presbyterian and Zion Lutheran have Child and Youth Protection Policies in place. Please contact the office for a copy of the First Presbyterian Child and Youth Protection Policy.
